This page explains what participants need to know about the PFP WL, Web Early Access, and the NFT-to-SBT transition. The latest notice shown during participation and any individual announcement also apply.
#Key information
#Purpose of the PFP
The project's PFP is intended primarily as a digital collectible for participation in the fandom around the original novel IP. It is not offered or marketed as currency, a payment instrument, an investment product, or a promise of price support, appreciation, liquidity, resale, yield, redemption, or recovery of the purchase price.
#Current Web Early Access
Access to the current web build is a temporary pre-release promotional benefit provided separately from the PFP.
- It is not an ownership feature embedded in the PFP.
- It does not transfer automatically with a PFP sale or wallet transfer.
- It is not a license or entitlement to the final packaged game.
- Its availability, features, progress data, and access may change or end.
- Only points and cards expressly identified as migration-eligible may be considered in a later process.
#Transition to the packaged release
When the game transitions to a packaged, primarily serverless release, Web Early Access and transferable NFT-based access eligibility will end on the announced record date. The release date, stores, supported platforms, features, and delivery method may vary depending on service readiness and third-party approval.
No specific store key is promised until the necessary platform approvals are complete and a separate confirmation is issued. WL status or NFT ownership alone does not guarantee a game key for any particular store.
#Migration from NFT to SBT
Eligibility to claim an existing holder benefit will move to a project-designated, non-transferable SBT.
- Eligible holders must complete migration within the announced period.
- The process may require signing a wallet transaction and burning, locking, or submitting the NFT, or marking its claim as completed.
- Unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise, an NFT not successfully migrated by the deadline will not be recognized for final access or holder benefits.
#What the SBT means
The SBT is non-transferable proof of eligibility that the announced migration process was completed. It is not itself a game copy, game license, admission ticket, subscription, or direct right to use the service, and it is not provided as a payment or investment instrument.
Holding WL status, an NFT, or an SBT alone does not complete or guarantee delivery of a code, points, cards, or any other benefit.
#Code and account assignment
If access to the final packaged game or a migration-eligible benefit is provided, it will be delivered as a separate single-use code or platform entitlement after timely SBT migration and verification.
- A code creates no access right until it is successfully redeemed.
- On first redemption, the game license and related benefits become permanently assigned to that game or store account.
- Assigned rights cannot be transferred, resold, or reassigned, and do not follow a later wallet, NFT, or SBT transfer.
- Replacement and recovery follow platform rules and mandatory applicable law.
#Secondary-market risks
The project is not a party, broker, custodian, or guarantor for third-party secondary-market transactions. A buyer may receive no SBT, code, access, points, cards, or other benefits when, for example:
- the eligibility snapshot has already closed;
- the claim was previously used;
- the migration period has ended;
- the NFT does not satisfy eligibility conditions; or
- the benefit is already assigned to another account.
A seller's or marketplace's description does not bind the project. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project does not reimburse secondary-market prices, network fees, taxes, or market losses.
#User, wallet, and platform risks
To the maximum extent permitted by law, losses caused solely by failure to follow announced procedures or deadlines, an incorrect wallet or account, exposed codes, unauthorized transfers or resale, wallet compromise, lost credentials, account suspension, third-party platform or network failures or changes, or events beyond reasonable control may be limited.
This notice does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional unlawful conduct or gross negligence.
#Consent records
Before joining a WL campaign, each required term must be acknowledged. To verify consent and maintain a change history, the service records the following by version:
- consent-document version;
- consent-document hash;
- IDs of required terms acknowledged; and
- time of consent.
If the notice version changes, earlier consent does not satisfy the latest participation requirements and consent must be provided again.
